Terms & Conditions — Chalifour's Mobile Detailing

1. Agreement to Terms
By requesting a quote or booking a service with Chalifour's Mobile Detailing, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Pre-Existing Damage
Chalifour's Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, stains, odours, rust, or mechanical issues. All vehicles are photographed before work begins. These photos serve as a record of the vehicle's condition upon arrival.

3. Limitation of Liability
In the event of a dispute, the maximum liability of Chalifour's Mobile Detailing is limited to the total cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. No Guarantee on Results
While we strive for the best possible outcome, certain conditions — including deep stains, oxidized paint, pet hair, water spots, or embedded contaminants — may not be fully correctable. Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. No refunds will be issued based on results for pre-existing conditions.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and that a water source and electrical outlet are available at the service location if required. Delays caused by inaccessibility may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

7. Right to Refuse Service
Chalifour's Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service on any vehicle deemed unsafe, excessively soiled beyond the scope of the booked service, or in conditions that pose a health or safety risk to our staff.

8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

9. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website or booking process is used solely for scheduling and communication purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
